Commercial Projects 2010

In December 2009, PH Build took over a 45 two-storey townhouse development in Witney Street. A large amount of rectification was required to repair and replace frames, trusses and floors that had warped from exposure to the elements over the previous 12 months. Stage 1 of this project which consists of 24 townhouses, a clubhouse, swimming pool and putting green is well under way and is expected to be completed within budget and timeframes in November 2010

Commercial Projects 2009

P H Build has completed a Townhouse Development in Ann St Gladstone. This project commenced in May 2008 and involved ten 2 Storey units in 3 blocks. PH Build completed the construction within budget and time frames March 2009.

Commercial Projects 2007

The Moranbah Isaac Motel consists of 52 rooms, 3 shop leases, bar, restaurant, reception, function rooms and a managers residence. The motel commenced construction December 06 and was completed on time and within budget in January 08.

Commercial Projects 2006

The construction of a 22 room 2 storey Motel Extension with laundry, storeroom, managers residence and undercover car parking in Mills Ave, Moranbah. commenced in November 2005 and was completed in March 2006

Twenty five 2 storey townhouses were set out in six blocks and built in Grosvenor Drive, Moranbah. This construction project commenced in March 2006 and was completed December 2006 only nine months later.

Commercial Projects 2005

P H Build Pty Ltd signed a contract to build 46 Houses in Savannah Drive, 14 x 3 bedroom homes and 32 x 4 bedroom homes, complete with fencing, gardens and turf. This Moranbah project commenced construction in March 2005. In a period of just eight months all 46 houses were built, landscaped and fenced with all the handovers completed by November 2005.
